Oxford City Photo Shoot | Oxford Wedding Photographers
We’ve officially been living in the Cotswolds area for 3 months now and we’ve been full steam ahead ever since! Places like Oxford city are much more near to us now and we couldn’t miss the opportunity to do an Oxford City photo shoot this Summer.
Sarah and Rob are having their wedding in Hampshire very soon and they wanted to do an engagement session before that. It was The Best Idea! I got to see them relaxing in front of my camera, to listen to some weird jokes (Rob, you win on this one) and to laugh so hard I could barely shoot at one point. There was definitely a lot of lifting and throwing and laughing and laying on the street but also some sweet moments happened and I am beyond honoured I got to spend the time with them and to also shoot their Hampshire wedding soon!
Of course, when in Oxford city one has to shoot on the stone streets, near Oxford Universities and in front of The Bodleian Library which is the main research library of the University of Oxford. Did you also know The Bodleian Library is one of the oldest libraries in Europe having over 12 million items (second-largest library in Britain after the British Library and most books are underground!) You learn something new every day.. I was pretty amazed by it’s architecture and definitely would love to have a peek inside one day!
Until then, here’s our stroll around Oxford city and their super fun engagement session! Also, want to know how to prepare for your own engagement shoot?
