Merriscourt Barn Wedding Venue | Cotswolds Wedding Photographer
How beautiful is this wedding venue in the Cotswolds! This past Summer we were extremely lucky to be shooting a wedding at Merriscourt Barn in Chipping Norton (so close to home, may I add!?) and it was a treat!
From the very first steps inside, you almost don’t know where to look! You have the old Stone Barn with Cotswolds stone, of course, and an old tapestry on the wall, perfect for your wedding ceremony or as a dance floor in the evening. Then, there is also the White Barn , beautifully lit with tall white walls and windows , a dream for a photographer to shoot inside. This is mostly used as a dining area or reception, capable of hosting 130 guests comfortably. As if this wasn’t enough, there’s another wing or barn area, The Gallery Barn, great for canapés in case of a rainy day or speeches, cutting the cake. Merriscourt Barn wedding venue in the Cotswolds has you covered. Of course there’s also plenty of accommodation on site, so that’s one less thing off your to do list.
We were so lucky to have had a wonderful sunny day so people mostly mingled in the gardens, where you have several options for outdoor spaces, as well as a fire pit, of course!
We will soon show you the beautiful Merriscourt Barn wedding we photographed in the Cotswolds this Summer, but until then, here’s a glimpse of how your wedding could look like!
