London Anniversary Shoot | Alternative Wedding Photographers London
Sometimes, moments are worth capturing, less we forget. Like a birthday. Or a kiss. An anniversary shoot or even leaving a dear city behind, which was home for a short while.
Lisette and Josh are from the States and after a few days of holiday in London, they simply decided it was time for a new adventure and they fell in love with the buzz of the city so they moved to London the next year. Some of the best decisions in life are taken impulsively and it’s pretty awesome how things just fall into place.
Borough market was their home and ‘playground’ for a while, so we decided to start the shoot there. Although it was freezing, a cup of hot tea (or wine) was more than welcomed to ease the cold. Luckily, London’s borough market is filled with tiny shops for every taste and need. It almost felt like the streets were theirs for one last time and every corner we took, was a familiar place. Good food was had, plays had been enjoyed and memories were made in this city. Our last stop was the Swan, an amazing restaurant on Southbank, with the best views.
And when in Europe, you might as well visit at least one new country every month, to make the most of it. Probably most of our conversations were about food and culture, but absolutely loved hanging out with them! Now, a bit of their heart is in few more places and I was honoured to get to capture a London stroll / anniversary shoot.
May your next 9 years be even fuller and greater!
