Back in Northumberland, this time at Hexham Winter Gardens for an Autumn humanist wedding.
The bride, a J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter fan and her ginger bearded groom tied the knot in North of England, in the beautiful countryside of Northumberland.
With the help of family and friends, Katy and Glen managed to plan and organise such a natural looking and relaxed wedding, everyone enjoyed. Their wedding venue, Hexham Winter Gardens was a blank canvas, as they wanted to be able to create the wedding they had in their minds without any restraints.
Something you wouldn’t normally expect, is for a bride to bake her very own wedding cake. But Katy did just that and it turned out absolutely delicious (I can vouch to that), as did all the other desserts made by her mom.
To keep the evening relaxed for everybody, the bride and groom decided to serve pizza for everyone, so guests could choose from some amazing assortments of pizza made on the spot.
Guys, you did such a brilliant job planning this day and we are grateful to have been there to capture it all. May you always keep your quirkiness (and you, your beard, Glen).
