Festival Wedding in Wales, at the Good Life Experience Festival | Wales Wedding Photographer
Weddings and festivals are two different life events which Ralph and Eva decided to merge into one memorable day. They invited friends and family to be part of a unique festival wedding, everyone shall remember dearly.
The Good Life Experience is a festival in Wales which started last year as a way of bringing people of all ages together. Sleeping in tents, assisting foraging workshops, listening to live music and eating some pretty special foods is part of the experience. “It was meant to encapsulate simpler times, the good old days ; a life that’s fulfilled and considered, yes, but is also fun and values the things that matter…. family, friends, a real connection with The Great Outdoors, books, proper food and drink, discovery, music that comes from the soul, great books, craft. All the things that don’t cost a great deal but that make life richer, more rewarding and better fun.”
This couple loved it so much last year, they couldn’t think of a better, more suitable place to end an evening, which so happens to start with a wedding ceremony. One of the most important parts of their day was their little wonder Indigo, who definitely captured our hearts from the very beginning.
The morning started at the Broncoed Uchaf Guest house in Wales. Rain made its appearance as well, just to fill the air with freshness. We ran from it, then, with the same joy of a little child, we ran to it and embraced it. It was bound to be a perfect day, no matter what. And so it was, as clouds quickly scattered as we went to the ceremony, where Ralph, Eva and Indigo (in her little soul) had said their vows. From then on, the party continued in a quirky pub, with their closest friends and family around.
Towards the evening, people got into their warm socks and wellies, ready to celebrate The Good Life Experience along with Mr and Mrs D.
Words are poor to describe what a wonderful experience it was for our hearts to be part of this festival wedding and what an honour to have captured the day as we saw it. Thank you for trusting us with your wedding photography. Truly.
