Chateau du Croisillat France Wedding Photographer
When you are about to be shooting a Chateau du Croisillat wedding in the South of France, you can only expect to have a pretty amazing experience. But this one has far exceeded our expectations.
A French Chateau built in the fifth century, about 30km from Toulouse, in the Caraman region, Chateau du Croisillat belonged to a very rich and powerful family. In the meantime it’s been demolished and rebuilt and it now stands more majestic than ever. To say the scenery around and the gardens were picturesque, would be an understatement.
Martin and Merav are one of the very few couples who can say they’ve been married three times, with each another! They had a civil ceremony in England, a more traditional jewish ceremony in Israel, where Merav is from and an outdoor French Chateau wedding in the South of France, given Martin’s French heritage. Also, his love for great food and French wine probably made the decision pretty easy about planning a Chateau du Croisillat wedding. If you ever consider planning a destination wedding in France, we would definitely recommend the Chateau du Croisillat in Caraman, the South of France.
Merav’s patience was probably put to the test when she started making the few hundreds paper cranes which were about to be used all around the property. It was sweet and fun, just like their love for one another. I must add that the flowers by Magali from Gali M. were some of the most beautiful decorations we’ve seen, accompanied by these amazing handmade candles on each table, made by Itai, Merav’s brother.
The bride looked absolutely stunning in her Catherine Dean wedding dress, paired with a Luella’s bridal veil, from one of my favourite wedding boutiques in London. It was the perfect wedding dress for an outdoor wedding ceremony in the gardens of Chateau du Croisillat.
Altogether, an incredible party from beginning ’till the end, with some of the best French food and some memorable speeches. But what was said at Chateau du Croisillat stays at Chateau du Croisillat.
Martin and Merav, thank you. We were honoured to be part of your Chateau du Croisillat French wedding and it truly felt like we were amongst friends.
